Trimulgherry

Trimulgherry is an important suburban region of Secunderabad. The place lies to the north of the famous south Indian city, Hyderabad. Secunderabad lies close to Hyderabad and is considered as an extension of the city. Trimulgherry constitutes one popular residential area of Secunderabad. The Bolarum Road coming from the further north passes through the region and proceeds south into the interiors of Hyderabad city.

Area wise Trimulgherry is too large to be considered as a township. The region constitutes one major block of Secunderabad and thus includes many smaller residential townships. Some popular localities of the region include Pedda Kamalagiri, Banjara Nagar, Gandhi Nagar and Vivekanandapuram.

There are no monuments or popular tourist attractions in the region as such. But few places within the premises and in the vicinity are regularly checked by the tourists. These places include the Surya Bhagwan Temple, Rohnak Super Bazar, Saibaba Temple and Ghanshyam Super Bazar. There is a military hospital located in the region which has been serving the region for quite a time now.

The residential places like the rest of the urban parts has a number of commercial institutions serving the local population. Towards east is located Maula Ali Industrial Estate, a region in the vicinity of Trimulgherry, housing many manufacturing industries.
